Roles and Responsibilities  
– Target new business opportunities within assigned enterprise organizations in your geographic territory
– Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns
– Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment
– Go high-and-wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of opportunity
– Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome, including prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery process at meetings with both prospects and clients, forecasting, selling with Value Framework, and ultimately closing the deal
– Engage with Mavericx partners and ecosystem in support of sales opportunities

– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
– Field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization or Consultancy firm
– Experience in startup, high-growth companies and/or clearly articulated passion for entrepreneurial environments
– Strong digital experience, from UX over CRM to RPA and AI, with a detour on websites and Interactive applications
– Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts 
Develop strong connections and extend network within the client’s organization
– Demonstrated experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level in Switzerland
– Proven top performer (consistently exceeds targets)
– Fluent in French and English

Job Description 
We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Architect in our Geneva, CH location.

Roles and Responsibilities  
– Responsible for creating & delivering, in a timely and accurate fashion, Web and CRM solutions using Web and Salesforce technologies
– Responsible for the application design, development and support of Web and Salesforce related projects
– Must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment

– Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
– Experience in Salesforce with end to end implementation experience 
– integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools
– Proficiency in programming using Salesforce APEX Triggers, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Java, JavaScript, PHP, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions
– Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a solution

Roles and Responsibilities  
– Design and present complex, multi-Cloud Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities
– Lead consultative engagements with client on the technical challenges related to their digital transformation initiatives
– Lead development teams and advise on technical guidance and best practices
– Identifying technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve   
– Design and lead implementation of release management / DevOps processes
– Design solutions in full compliance with non-functional requirements (e.g. security, data confidentiality, performance, integration)

– 5+ years IT experience focused on Salesforce
– 4+ years of Salesforce technical delivery and development
– Holds multiple Salesforce certifications, with a minimum Application or System Architect levels
– Experience with enterprise integration platforms like Mulesoft is an advantage
– Consultant certifications in one or more Salesforce Cloud are a plus
– Proven track record of design and delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce projects, in the role of technical lead for 2+ years

– Leading consultative engagements with clients on the technical and business challenges related to their e- communication initiatives
– Presenting high-level overviews of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and integration capabilities
– Creating, managing and presenting an actionable BRD / FSD (Blueprint) that aligns client’s business needs to Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
– Managing multiple client engagements and working with associated team members
– Identifying issues/ risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve

– 2-3 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
– Previous Pardot / Eloqua/ Marketo experience can be an advantage
– Email Marketing experience, Deliverability & IP Warming, Whitelisting/Blacklisting, Country-Specific Legal Requirements, APIs, Predictive Content, Customer Journeys management, Database Management
Experience with product positioning, leveraging feature to benefit analysis
– Strategic & technical thinking
– Ability to consultatively engage with customers to make complex decisions quickly
Experience leading customer- facing discussions
– Knowledge of Ampscript, SQL and Server-Side Scripting 
– Exposure to Digital Marketing tools/ strategies 
– A deep understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
