Cyril has 17 years of experience in digital and cultivates a dual skill by focusing on CRM topics & customer knowledge as well as on engagement & digital marketing aspects.
He worked on numerous missions aimed at defining new strategies as ‘Customer Centric Company‘ and ‘Data Driven Company‘ via customer journeys for a better engagement. These new customer journeys involve many reflections on organization, methodologies, data urbanization and IT architecture.
Cyril regularly shares thoughts and best practices on topics around the omni-channel customer experience, whether in publications or at diverses conferences.
His expertise has been recognized by Salesforce with his awards as Salesforce MVP, Salesforce Lightning Champion and Salesforce User Group Leader.

Co-Founder
Anthony has 20 years of experience in digital, ecommerce, data intelligence and infrastructure projects.
A long-time enthusiast for the web and e-commerce, Anthony has worked on many large-scale projects for governments, retail, banking and luxury industry.
He also founded and managed two IT services and consulting companies in Switzerland. These experiences allowed him to acquire solid skills in management and business development.
Anthony has organized many conferences to discuss the topics that he is passionate about, especially on open source software or fintechs.
